| 第5条 | 代表および副代表は総会において選出する。方法は会員の互選とする。 | Article 5 | The president and vice-president shall be elected at the general meeting. The method will be mutual selection among the members. | |

| 第6条 | 役員の任期は2年とする。ただし再任を妨げない。補欠により選任された役員の任期は前任者の残任期間となる。役員は任期終了後でも後任者が就任するまではその職務を行わなければならない。 | Article 6 | The term of the exectives shall be two years, but this shall not prevent reappointment. The term of exectives appointed as a substitute shall be the remaining term of the predecessor. | 第11条 | 本会の合唱団員は外国籍の者または日本語を母語としない者とし、加入及び脱退は自由である。役員はこれに該当しない。 | Article 11 | Members of this choir shall be foreign nationals or those whose native language is not Japanese, and joining and leaving is free. Exectives do not fall under this classification. | |
